We started OPEXA in 2018 because we kept seeing the same pattern. Big-4 firms would arrive with playbooks. Boutique firms would arrive with personalities. Both would leave behind reports. Neither would leave behind capability.

We built OPEXA to leave behind capability. To embed for the full engagement window. To audit our own work twelve months later. To say no to engagements we can’t deliver. And to do all of this in the industries we know better than anyone — apparel, food & beverage, automotive, logistics, and industrial manufacturing across South Asia and ASEAN.
